First, you can be confident that Millers at Elyson is committed to compliance with Fair Housing laws, including those that prohibit discrimination based on race, color, sex, religion, disability, familial status, national origin, and all other classes protected by applicable federal, state and/or local law. It’s simply the right thing to do.

A non-refundable application fee of $75.00 is required by each person 18 years of age or older (Alabama applicants must be 19 years or older) that will be occupying the house. A non-refundable reservation fee of $250 is required at time of application submission per home. After application fees and reservation fee has been paid, the home will be taken off the market for review and/or approval.
All occupants must be added at the time of application, including minors. Please understand that proof of income is also required as part of the application process.
Preventing rental fraud and protecting your personal information is critical which is why we verify your identity through a simple and secure process.
All applicants must present valid government-issued photo identification and submit a color electronic copy/photo of their identification with their application.
