We partner with Findigs, a third-party screening provider, which will verify household income and review the resident's score to determine eligibility to rent with us Rest assured, our leasing team is here to assist you throughout the process and answer any questions. A rental application must be completed for each person 18 years of age or older (Alabama applicants must be 19 years of age or older) who will be living in the house. Any false information provided by an applicant in a rental application will constitute grounds for the rejection and nullification of that rental application and will result in the forfeiture of any deposit and/or reservation fee. All rental applications are evaluated strictly in accordance with the information found on this page and with Maymont Homes' standard rental criteria.
